Hopeless Passion for Crab Rangoon


One thing that I miss about America….Crab Rangoon. Sedap gilaaa…especially the one kat Wok Express depan Hardings kat Main St. (i Kalamazoo, Michigan)

I got this from a friend who used to work in a Chinese Restaurant kitchen kat States.

Wantan skin (where to get the big ones ya?)
Cream cheese
Crab meat…artifical also can..
And lots of sugar….to counter the cream cheese saltiness
A dash of pepper

Mix the cream cheese with sugar and then the crab meat, lepas tu pepper.. Put them in the wantan skin then deep fried it.

Sudah sejuk sikit boleh dip with sweet sour sauce.

Pitam.................................2 saat. Life has never been the same...ever...
